The Personal Jewellery Services Website is an online shop allowing you to purchase jewellery items in settlement for your insurance claim.

Our unique website allows you to replace your jewellery using credit applied to your PJS web account. In addition to our credit facility, you can purchase on our website using your gemcheck card, issued in settlement for your jewellery claim.

We also allow consumers to purchase online using credit or debit cards, so that everyone can benefit from our wide range of high quality jewellery.

How do I activate my credit?

In order to activate your credit, please create a PJS account, this can be done by selecting 'My account' on the homepage.

Once you have created your account, go to 'My credit' within your account.

Enter the reference number you have received with your settlement letter. This will activate your credit and allow you to begin shopping!

Your credit is available for 3 months from the date of issue, if you would like this extended please contact us and we will be happy to help.
